Once again the Marmomacc and our MeetUp 2015 are over
After several intensive weeks of preparation we’d like to pause for a moment at the end of MARMOMACC 2015 and give our thanks to all the customers and suppliers, who came visiting our Meet Up 2015 on the occasion of the exhibition.
Every year we try our very best to organise our Meet Up, among marble and granite, in a relaxed and informal atmosphere, that includes a comfortable tour around our company, pleasant sales talk and a rich buffet with delicious dishes from all over Italy in our biggest hall, where our granite slabs are exposed.

This year one could view three areas. In the first one, as mentioned before, the granite slabs have been exposed and a buffet with a large selection of Italian gastronomic specialities was served.
The second area was dedicated to the black granite slabs: obviously, the favourite Nero Zimbawe could not be missed, but also San Marco, Angola Black, Inky Black and all the other black granite slabs fascinated our visitors.
The exhibition of marble took place in the third area: besides the traditional marble as Bianco Carrara and Botticino, the classical Spanish marble caught the visitors’ attention, such as Emperador, Nero Marquina, Crema Marfil. Various other natural stones as Pietra Grey, Giallo Cleopatra and a large selection of other stones have been also exposed - all of them distinguished by their exquisite elegance.

We take a snug cup of coffee with the manager Mister Giovanni Rossi to draw up an initial balance of the exhibition.
First the yearly note: we may talk about concrete numbers at the end of October or at the beginning of November, when the slabs, ordered during the exhibition period, will be delivered to each customer.
In the meantime, we’d like to point out that some of the tendencies from last year have been confirmed.
In any case, this year we had much more visitors than last year, many visitors attended daily our Meet Up and, on some days, we’ve been really surprised about the customer run in our company.
The exhibition Marmomacc recorded more visitors than during the last years, too. This is a positive sign for the economic recovery and for the growing interest in the natural stone sector.
Various visitors came from East Europe, especially from Poland. Many visitors from other parts of Europe visited the exhibition and that shows that things are moving in this sector. Only the German market, which is still very important, seems to take time to reflect.
Exhibition summary with a view on the future ...
The market is always in progress and we have to keep up with the trends or better yet anticipate them, in the same way as we stick with our first principles: multiplicity of offering, quality and quick delivery, while we aim to satisfy all the requests and needs of our customers.
After the initial impression, we are very satisfied about the results of our MeetUp 2015, now we can go ahead with the work, because Marmi Rossi is “Just Another World”.
